一、宿舍相關規定與辦法（申請住宿前請務必先閱讀下列相關規定）
I. Relevant Dormitory Regulations (Be sure to read the following regulations before application.)
Questions Concerning “Dormitory Applications” and “Healthy Lifestyle Dormitory”
The window for entering account number and password does not pop up in the Student Affairs System. (Please Right click and select “Save As” after click link.)
*退宿申請(線上列印退宿申請表-->至學二辦公室辦理退宿-->經核定後取消住宿門禁權限，並辦理保證金退費)
二、我已閱讀上開住宿相關規定，點選進入住宿申請流程（請使用IE8瀏覽器，其他瀏覽器無法進入住宿申請系統）

(1) 校內住宿申請系統(學務系統)
Application for National University of Kaohsiung On-Campus Student Accommodations Forms-Only for International Students
若如無跳出輸入帳號密碼的視窗，(請點閱宿舍相關規定與辦法第16項)
If the window to enter account number and password does not appear, refer to Item 16 of Relevant Dormitory Regulations.
(2) 完成申請後，請於8月22日查詢申請結果。
Application results will be announced on August 22th.
三、繳交相關文件（下列資料請於入住當天繳交）
